What you will be doing:
- Provide marketing skills and expertise by collaborating with the key stakeholders and carrying out necessary marketing programs, strategies and tactics.
- Utilize research to craft highly relevant communication to key Raffles Boston consumer demographics and personas. Responsible for communication of brand voice and messaging of all global content.
- Collaborate closely with PR agencies, business units, and marketing on content requirements for program engagement and conversion across the entire customer lifecycle.
- Develop budget and provide insight on marketing budget, advertising buys, event creation and implementation.
Your experience and skills include:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Marketing, PR/Communications with luxury lifestyle brand in the hospitality field. Hotel experience required.
- Strong creative marketing drive and expertise with a history of successful campaigns. Boston experience is an asset.
- Digital expertise, with a track record of driving topline revenues through SEO and SEM initiatives.
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize assignments and meet deadlines.
