Job Summary :
Working within a team, the Analyst will be responsible for providing exceptional client service in the public municipal utilities industry (water, wastewater, and stormwater) through various multi-discipline projects, such a financial planning, cost of service rate and fee setting, bond feasibility studies, and miscellaneous financial-related projects.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Analyze data and develop financial models using MS Excel to support financial planning, cost analysis, and feasibility studies
- Assist senior team members in executing project tasks and deliverables
- Contribute to benchmarking surveys and industry research efforts
- Prepare and edit reports using technical writing skills
- Maintain professional communication with clients and colleagues
- Participate in research activities to support proposal development
- Consistently deliver results on time and with accuracy, demonstrating the ability to contribute effectively to project outcomes
- Develop understanding of financial planning portion of modeling, rate structures, bill calculations, and other financial planning documents such as Annual Reports

The salary range for the Analyst position is $60k to $70k. Compensation depends on education, experience, and location.
