Responsibilities
- Provide end-user support and training for Apple systems (Mac, iPhone, iPad).
- Manage Helpdesk tickets to ensure quick and effective support.
- Manage macOS and iOS systems using Apple Business Manager and Azure Intune.
- Track inventory of Apple systems to ensure proper refresh cycles and reliability.
- Maintain Helpdesk articles related to macOS and iOS systems.
- Plan and execute the selection, purchase, installation, configuration, and testing of new Apple equipment
- Strong knowledge of Mac OS and iOS systems.
- Proficient in troubleshooting Apple systems, hardware, and software issues.
- Ability to maintain and configure Apple systems using Apple Business Manager with Federated Apple ID and Microsoft Azure Intune.
- Knowledge of Windows and/or Android systems is a plus.
- Experience with Meraki network is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative team environment.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to effectively perform multiple tasks.
- Flexible schedule availability during weekdays and weekends, as necessary.
- Flexible and adaptable to change.
- Experience in supporting and opening new stores.
- Ability to work onsite 3 to 4 days a week
