Job Description :
As a Construction Surveyor at Ragle Inc., you will be responsible for providing accurate field layouts and verifying survey data to support heavy highway and bridge construction projects. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and accuracy of project execution, ensuring proper alignment, grading, and compliance with engineering plans. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and construction crews to ensure all surveying tasks meet project specifications and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct field layout for curbs, road centerlines, slope stakes, sewer locations, waterlines, and other critical project elements .
- Perform topographic and as-built surveys to ensure accurate site conditions.
- Generate surface models for construction equipment and assist in GPS machine control setup.
- Ensure the safe operation and maintenance of survey equipment, tools, and vehicles .
- Verify the accuracy of field survey data and ensure alignment with project specifications.
- Interpret and read engineering plans and TXDOT specifications to ensure proper implementation.
- Work independently in the field while effectively communicating with project teams.
