We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating cranes to lift, move, and position materials and equipment on construction sites. Your expertise in crane operation and mechanical knowledge will be crucial in ensuring the safe and efficient completion of projects.
Position: Crane Operator
Location: Southwest Houston, TX
Pay: $38/hr Depending on experience
Duties:
- Safely operate a 200-300 ton sized crawler crane in accordance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform precision lifts and maneuvers to support various construction activities, including highway, roadway, and bridge construction projects.
- Collaborate effectively with the project team to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on the crane to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met.
- Adhere to project schedules and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and craftsmanship.
Experience:
- Proven experience operating a 200-300 ton sized crawler crane in a construction environment.
- Strong understanding of crane operation principles and safety protocols.
- Ability to interpret and follow blueprints, diagrams, and construction plans.
- Pile driving and beam setting experience preferred.
- Valid crane operator certification/license.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
