Job Title: HR/Recruiting Manager
We are seeking a talented HR/Recruiting Manager to join our Southern Division team. This individual should be a team player, innovator, and results-driven professional with a passion for learning and contributing to our clients' success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent staffing needs, workforce planning, and talent strategy to senior leadership.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for both field and office positions.
- Develop, implement, and manage 'top talent' acquisition strategy.
- Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Develop employee relations, performance evaluations, and retention strategies.
- Maintain and update HR policies in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Track HR metrics and provide reports on hiring, turnover, and employee engagement.
- Coordinate employee training, benefits enrollment, and company events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in HR and recruiting, preferably in the construction or heavy civil industry.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS software, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certifications.
