We are currently seeking an energetic, forward-thinking, and passionate team player to join our Recruiting & Human Resources team. As a Recruiting Interviewer and Human Resources Assistant, you will actively receive full training and apply new skill sets and knowledge from day one. As a Recruiting Interviewer and Human Resources Assistant, you will have an incredible impact as one of the first points of contact and first impressions for all candidates. You will play a significant role throughout the interviewing process by shaping our company culture and finding individuals who embody our core values and customer-focused mission. Finding the right people for the right position is the first line of defense to providing great customer service. Recruiting Interviewer & Human Resources Assistant Core Responsibilities : Conduct 10-15 virtual interviews per day for entry-level sales and customer service positions Meet with candidates who apply to positions in your assigned sector and conduct preliminary Zoom interviews to assess a candidate's skill sets, competence, and ability to thrive in our organization Update the internal applicant tracking system daily Move-qualified candidates through the recruitment pipeline while maintaining constant contact and following all HR protocols Maintain an accurate candidate database through thorough candidate notes, codes, and contact methods Build incredible relationships with candidates at all stages of the recruitment process to ensure high closure rates at the end of the recruiting funnel Assist with all new start and onboarding procedures Additional projects as assigned Recruiting Interviewer & Human Resources Assistant Qualifications : 1-2 years of recruiting or sales experience; corporate recruitment experience is a plus General knowledge of legal / compliance laws related to recruitment and hiring Possess outstanding communication skills (written and verbal) Must be friendly, outgoing, and authentically personable Has the ability to thrive in both team and independent work environments Flexible working hours for short-term deadlines #LI-Onsite Powered by JazzHR
