Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and facilities maintenance, with a focus on both commercial and residential spaces.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks in commercial settings, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Maintain cleanliness in high-traffic areas by ensuring floors are clean and free of debris.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify cleaning needs and ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as buffing floors, industrial cleaning, and custodial duties as required.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks, including minor repairs and upkeep of equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Follow safety protocols while using cleaning supplies and equipment to minimize hazards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning, custodial work, or facilities maintenance is preferred.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
