Description:
Assist restaurant staff in clearing and setting tables, taking and delivering beverage orders to guests. Ensure that cleanliness of the restaurant is maintained. Perform all duties in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
Requirements:- Serves drinks and/or water to guests and/or employees seated in the assigned section of the restaurant.
- Removes all the dirty dishes, glasses, silverware from tables and brings them to the Bussers station.
- Cleans and wipes the tables, chairs and booths in the assigned section of the restaurant.
- Resets the tables and booths for the use of the next customers.
- Transports dirty dishes, silverware and glasses to the kitchen using the bus cart as the need arises.
- Empties trash, collects and turns in linens.
- Sees to it the Bussers station is well stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses and supplies needed in the restaurant.
- Sees to it the brewed coffee is also available to the customers. Grinds coffee and refills the coffee maker as the need arises.
- Assists the Food Servers in accommodating the needs and requests of the guests.
- Maintains the general cleanliness of the work area.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned.
