Overview **TRAVEL ELECTRICAL SUPERINTENDENT**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes and methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality control.
- Utilize project management software such as Prolog, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, Primavera, and ProCore for effective project tracking and reporting.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Review schematics and plans to ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship.
Qualifications
- Experience working as a commercial and residential electrician.
- Have the ability to provide own transportation to/from job site locations.
- In-depth understanding of electrical and construction procedures, plans, specifications, and materials.
- Ability to ensure project work meets the highest standards of workmanship based on industry standards.
-Ability to make intelligent and quick decisions, working well under pressure, and when faced with unexpected occurrences or delays.
-Ability to effectively multitask while analyzing and solving problems.
- Must have Valid Driver’s License.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
