What are the responsibilities and job description for the Blossom Bar Assistant to General Manager - (Organic Juice and Smoothie Bar Manager) position at Rainbow Blossom?
The Blossom Bar Assistant to General Manager will help to oversee all operations of our four Blossom Bar l ocations, including training Blossom Bar staff , participating in open communication with management within the store s , and guaranteeing excellent customer service at each location .
This position reports directly to the Blossom Bar General Manager . This is a full-time position not to exceed 40 hours per week.
Requirement s
- 1 years' experience in food handling.
- 2 years' experience in customer service.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Supervisory experience, which includes hiring, training, evaluating, and delegating tasks.
- Must have a Food Service Manager Certification completed within 90 days of hire.
- The ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- The ability to stand and walk for extended periods, sit and squat or kneel occasionally, and climb rarely.
- The ability to work indoors in a climate-controlled environment, i.e., walk-in cooler, and / or freezer.

This position will require you to lift up to 20 pounds often and 50 pounds occasionally. This position will be mostly indoors in a climate-controlled environment, with occasional outdoor exposure, which could consist of hot and cold temperatures and potential exposure to wind and precipitation. This position will be expected to stand and walk often, to sit and squat or kneel occasionally, and to climb rarely.
