Rainbow Lawncare (a division of Rainbow Companies) is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to support our team! This role is a key leader within our customer service and inside sales team. In this dynamic role, you will oversee day-to-day operations, train and support Customer Service Representatives, lead inside sales efforts, and develop processes that ensure a seamless client experience. You will be responsible for providing exemplary customer experience for all clients. You must possess a deep knowledge of customer service principles and processes. You will excel in communicating effectively with businesses and team members within our Lawncare division. This is a full-time position with regular hours from 8am to 5pm CST. This role offers flexibility to work from home most of the time. However, there will be an expectation to attend in-person meetings and participate in specific projects at our Minnetonka office as needed.
What You Will Do :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer concerns, ensuring quick and effective resolutions
- Monitor customer interactions and feedback, driving continuous improvements in service quality
- Train, mentor, and guide new and existing Customer Service Representatives on systems, sales conversations, and best practices
- Foster a supportive, team-oriented atmosphere where everyone can excel
- Oversee inbound lawn care sales, supporting in meeting sales targets
- Collaborate with the Lawncare Sales Manager to align strategy, promotions, and performance goals
- Develop and refine operational workflows to optimize efficiency and improve customer satisfaction
- Stay current on industry trends and innovations to keep our processes updated
- Work closely with Lawn Care Consultants and management to streamline scheduling, billing, and service follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company standards
