Rainbow Treecare (A division of Rainbow Companies) is seeking a seasonal, full-time Production Scheduler. The Production Scheduler is responsible for scheduling production of field staff, providing optimal routes, maintaining production records, and contacting customers regarding scheduled services in a timely manner. We are looking for candidates who are flexible, work well in a team atmosphere, and have excellent communication skills. This position is available for in-office, remote, or hybrid depending on preference.

The Production Scheduler is responsible for scheduling production of field staff, providing optimal routes, maintaining production records, and contacting customers regarding scheduled services in a timely manner. What You Will Do
- Schedule production accurately, timely and track for completion. Coordinate if needed, with Production Manager to match work / crews with appropriate vehicles and equipment.
- Review proposals and scheduling requests for adequate and accurate information
- Maintain all production records in database.
- Provide prompt and courteous service for client inquiries regarding scheduling.
- Flexibility as needed to meet the time demands of fluctuating seasonal workloads.
- Approve all daily completed work for billing
- High school diploma or a GED
- Two years’ experience in customer service or sales
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- Competitive starting rate of $20/hour
