We are actively seeking an in-person, experienced, dedicated, and responsible HR Manager to join our team. This role is not just a position but a crucial part of our strong internal administrative structure. Your contribution will be instrumental in ensuring our staff and therapists are satisfied and supporting our mission to provide exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
● Assist with daily HR functions, including recruitment and employee relations (retention of employees), onboarding, and performance management.
● Maintain accurate employee records and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
● Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
● Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
● Handle employee inquiries and provide timely assistance to ensure staff satisfaction.
● Collaborate with management to enhance workplace culture and improve internal communication.
● Assist in organizing staff events and fun team-building activities.
● Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage various administrative tasks.
● Skilled with conflict resolution
● Problem-solve tasks (computer skills, assisting with the smoothness of day-to-day operations
● Understand labor laws in New Mexico and the states where our teletherapists reside.
● Assist with staff and therapist performance reviews.
● Maintain and hire quality staff and therapists
● Participate weekly and implement hiring and retention strategies as instructed in our business consultation program for approximately five-six months.
● Travel to business conferences with the administrative team at least 1-2 times per year in person and 1-2 times virtual.
Qualifications
● Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
● Previous experience in an HR or administrative role.
● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Excellent soft skills.
● Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks expeditiously.
● Reliable and able to maintain a high level of discretion.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar; HR software (Bamboo/Gusto).
Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
