- Assist in leasing activities
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors
- Assist in rent collection and financial reporting
- Scheduling appointments and property inspections
- Utilize property management software
- Assist in marketing efforts to attract new tenants and retain existing ones
- Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate administrative roles is preferred
- Proficiency in using property management software is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for interacting with tenants, owners and vendors
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
