Rainier Recruiting is partnering with a cutting-edge FinTech SaaS company who is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to inherit an award winning team and help take the company to it's next level. This person will take a critical leadership role in crafting and implementing our marketing and business development strategies. Leading a global team of 20 employees, including six direct reports, you’ll spearhead efforts to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, generate demand, and grow revenue. Your leadership will ensure the alignment of strategic goals, operational excellence, and a culture centered on innovation and collaboration.

Compensation :   $200,000 to $225,000 salary plus significant performance bonus and equity (negotiable)

Location :  100% remote. Employees can live and work anywhere in the US.

About You

You are a highly experienced B2B SaaS marketing leader with a history of successfully scaling organizations. Your expertise spans growth marketing, demand generation, and business development, with a strong focus on inbound and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies that deliver tangible results. Your deep understanding of SaaS metrics like ARR, CAC, LTV, and churn informs your ability to create and execute winning strategies. As a natural team builder, you excel at empowering and nurturing high-performing teams.

Your Role

In this position, you’ll collaborate closely with key departments—including Sales, Partnerships, Product, Customer Success, Enablement, and Executive Leadership—to craft and execute impactful marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Strategic Leadership : Design and implement a data-driven marketing strategy that enhances brand visibility, attracts customers, and boosts retention.
  • Content Development : Lead the creation of compelling and relevant content that establishes us as thought leaders in identity theft and fraud prevention.
  • Digital Campaigns : Execute and optimize cutting-edge digital advertising campaigns to generate leads and convert prospects.
  • Brand Management : Uphold and strengthen the company’s brand, ensuring every touchpoint aligns with our values and mission.
  • Team Development : Support your team’s growth, fostering an environment where talent thrives and professional opportunities abound.

  • Proven Expertise : Extensive experience in executive B2B marketing roles, particularly in startups or high-growth SaaS environments. Experience in cybersecurity is a plus.
  • Digital Marketing Savvy : Advanced knowledge of digital strategies, content marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media.
  • Channel Marketing Skills : A collaborative approach to developing marketing strategies targeting indirect sales channels.
  • Hands-On Leadership : You’re ready to roll up your sleeves and actively participate in day-to-day marketing execution.
  • Visionary Branding : The ability to craft and communicate a compelling brand narrative, particularly for enterprise markets.
  • Collaborative Mindset : You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced settings and prioritize teamwork and cross-functional alignment.
