Rainier Recruiting is partnering with a cutting-edge blockchain solutions and web3 applications company in New York who is seeking a Vice President of Engineering to scale and lead our engineering team. This individual will bring a deep understanding of blockchain and distributed systems, coupled with a proven ability to lead and inspire teams. Reporting directly to the executive leadership, this role will be pivotal in driving the growth and evolution of our platform. Compensation : $300,000 to $400,000 salary plus significant equity (negotiable)
Location : Hybrid onsite in Manhattan, New York City. Employees are expected to work in office Mon-Thurs and can work remotely on Fridays. Full relocation assistance is available for the most qualified candidate.
