What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hilton Garden Inn Lexington Georgetown Part Time Front Desk Monday and Tuesday 2-10pm position at RAINMAKER TEAM LLC?
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for hotel guests, welcoming them and ensuring their stay is seamless. You will manage all aspects of guest accommodation, including check-in and check-out, room assignments, and providing information about our hotel, rooms, rates, and amenities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify credit card data
- Welcome guests upon arrival and assign rooms
- Provide information about our hotel and available facilities
- Respond to client complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure clean and tidy rooms
- Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers
- Upsell additional facilities and services when appropriate
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent or similar role
- Experience with hotel reservations software
- Customer service experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
