General Manager/Sales Director
Responsible for overall, day-to-day operations, including guiding company strategy to improve overall business effectiveness and success. Duties include managing a team and achieving sales goals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
We are in search of a hustler, self-starter, who understands the high level of effort needed to be successful in a small business environment and who is up to the challenge. In short, the General Manager/Director of Sales is ultimately responsible for maintaining/boosting profits and making the company run smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals while also managing the performance of the staff
- Implementing and maintaining strategies for business growth
- Ensuring that the team delivers quality products, solutions and service to its clients
- Maintaining and improving efficiency and productivity of the team members
- Managing and monitoring the company’s financial health
Customer Base Includes: Retail and wholesale clients
Sales Experience in the Water Industry
Management of Sales/Fulfillment Teams
In-depth knowledge of and experience with E-commerce
Water Pumps and/or Water Storage Tanks Sales Experience
Water pump specification/sizing experience and/or trouble-shooting
Position reports to: Company owners
- Salary: Commensurate with experience
Salary : $60,000 - $85,000
