Pay Rate : $42.00 / hour on W2
Work Type : Onsite – Syracuse, NY 13202
Duration : 12-month contract (with possible extension)
Job Overview :
- This position is under the general direction of the NY Third Party Licensing and Outdoor Lighting Manager and is responsible for supporting the Third-party attachment application and licensing process.
Key Responsibilities :
Responsible for the thorough understanding and consistent, non-discriminatory application and monitoring of 3rd Party Attachment policies and procedures, and information systems within the client’s upstate New York (NMPC) jurisdiction including (but not limited to) : Coordination with Customers on the application life cycle and project status.Understanding of Standards, Attachment Licenses, and Legislation.Regulatory Reporting on 3rd Party Attachments.Coordination with Design Engineering.Management of Joint Ownership relationships with other pole owners.Assisting in customer billing and associated revenue reconciliation.Ability to develop positive working relationships, internally and externally with a focus on the resolution of customer concerns (often relating to billing or company performance) and fulfill the client's contractual obligations.Manage necessary training and knowledge sharing for company personnel and customers to promote current technology, company standards, and innovative solutions to meet customer requirements.Develop and report on specific performance indicators to be established and communicated between all responsible organizations to address : Workflow management reportsRevenue ReconciliationProject budget, cost, and schedule performanceApplication LifecycleQualifications :
