About this Role:
This is a senior-level position responsible for leading the development and implementation of capital projects, focusing on pipeline operations, right-of-way repairs, and maintenance.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop project scopes, ensuring alignment with company standards and strategic objectives.
- Manage project resources, including budget, schedule, and personnel.
- Coordinate with regional teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in engineering or PMP certification preferred with 4 or more years of previous related experience.
- Or equivalent combination of education and pipeline maintenance and construction experience.
- Knowledge of company Construction Standards and Specifications, as well as Operations and Maintenance Manuals.
- Strong ability to solve complex problems and manage various stakeholder interests.
- Excellent communication skills and a focus on superior customer service.
- Exhibits great interpersonal skills and works effectively in a team environment.
- Effective organizational and time management skills in handling multiple projects, performing a variety of tasks, and meeting required deadlines.
