Pay Rate $18.00 / hour on W2
Location : Germantown, WI 53022 (Onsite)
Contract Length : 5-month contract

As an Office Clerk, you’ll use strong organizational skills to complete a variety of standard office tasks including communications by phone and email, working with spreadsheets and databases, and other general duties.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring proper distribution to staff.
Provide visitor badges and maintain accurate visitor logs.
Perform clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Stock office supplies and beverages, including lifting cases of soda and water.
Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for various office tasks and documentation.
Requirement
High school diploma or G.E.D, and one to two years previous experience.
Must-Have Skills
General office experience.
Ability to learn and adapt to new processes quickly.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
At least one year of clerical or office experience.
Disqualifiers
Lack of relevant experience.
Inconsistent work history without reasonable explanations.
