Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

Location: Langley Pkwy, Concord, NH 03301

Duration: 9-Week Contract (With possibility of extension)
Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Guaranteed Hours: 40

OT: After 40 hours

OT Pay: All Inclusive rate $10

For Local Candidates: $25-$27/hour (If your permanent address is within 50 miles from the facility)

For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the 50-mile radius from the facility):
Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate:      $27.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate:  $1,080.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate:    $9.00
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable):  $360.00
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable):    $720.00

OR

For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $28.00
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate:        $1,120.00

Job Description:

Granite Ledges is a warm and welcoming senior living community dedicated to providing peace of mind for residents and their families. We are seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team and provide personalized care to our residents.

Other Skills Required:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide medication reminders and mobility support.
• Foster a safe and comfortable environment for residents, including those in our Alzheimer's/Dementia Care program.
• Offer companionship and support while promoting independence and dignity.
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff and other caregivers to ensure high-quality care.

Certification Requirements:

• BLS (AHA).
• Active CNA License for the state of New Hampshire.
