Job Title: Clinical Nurse Administrator
Location: Belmont Ave, Brattleboro, VT 05301
Duration: 13 weeks (with possibilities of extension)
Shift: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 36
Pay Details:
For Local Candidates pay rate: $70 to $80/hr (If your permanent address is within 50 miles from the facility)
For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the 50 mile radius from the facility):
Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $80.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $2,880.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $45.39
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $1,634.00
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,245.96

For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $85.00
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate: $3,060.00
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Nurse Administrator to oversee the clinical and administrative operations of the hospital during off-hours and weekends. This key role requires a comprehensive understanding of hospital and nursing policies and procedures, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with a variety of teams including providers, staff, department directors, and the administrator on-call. The Clinical Nurse Administrator will ensure smooth patient flow throughout the hospital while providing leadership, supervision, and support to all patient care areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage clinical and administrative operations during off-hours, weekends, and as needed.
- Ensure proper flow of patients throughout the hospital.
- Provide supervision and support to hospital’s patient care areas, ensuring optimal patient care and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with providers, staff, and department directors to address patient needs and resolve any issues.
- Support the Administrator on-call and provide operational guidance in their absence.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership and time management skills (Required)
- Emergency/Critical Care nursing experience (Preferred)
- Clinical management experience (Preferred)
- PALS and NRP certifications (Preferred)
- Current ACLS (AHA) and BLS (AHA) certification (Required)
- Current Vermont State Nursing License (Required)
