Shift: 08:00-05:00 (Monday – Friday)
Guaranteed Hours: 40

Pay Details:

For Local Candidates (Address within 50 miles of the facility):

$48 to $52

For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the 50-mile radius from the facility):

Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $50.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $2,000.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $13.85
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $754.00
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,246.00

OR

For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $52.00
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate: $2,080.00

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Financial Controller to oversee and manage the financial operations and accounting functions of our company. As a senior-level director, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial statements, managing internal controls, and coordinating audits to ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to communicate financial insights effectively to guide business decisions. This is a critical role where you will be responsible for driving the company’s financial strategy, overseeing budgeting and forecasting processes, and improving overall financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present accurate financial reports in compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Oversee internal controls to safeguard the company’s assets and ensure compliance with financial policies.
• Lead and coordinate audits, ensuring full adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to support decision-making by senior management.
• Collaborate with various departments to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and tax filings.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in a senior-level accounting or finance position (Required).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Required).
• CPA Certification (Required).
• Proven leadership experience in a finance or accounting role (Required).
• Strong proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• On-site availability (Required).
