Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $30.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $1,200.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $7.25
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $290.00
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $910.00
OR
For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $31.00
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate: $1,240.00
Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and professional Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our team in Claremont, NH, for a 13-week contract. The LNA will provide direct patient care in a long-term care setting. This position offers evening shifts with a guaranteed 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in long-term care, be willing to float between units, and able to work every other weekend and holiday coverage, including Labor Day if needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report changes in condition.
- Assist with patient mobility, including transferring and positioning.
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and conditions.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and healthy environment for patients.
- Follow infection control policies and assist in the management of patient care.
- Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to optimize care and ensure the best patient outcomes.
- Be flexible to float between different units and assist where needed.
- Provide care with compassion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Valid LNA certification in the state of New Hampshire.
- At least 1 year of experience in long-term care settings.
- BLS (AHA) Certification required.
- Must be willing to work every other weekend and holiday shifts, including Labor Day (if scheduled).
- Facility will not consider travelers who reside within 50 miles of the facility.
- Willingness to float between units as needed.
- COVID-19 vaccination series required (No exemptions or declinations accepted).
- Previous travel experience is highly preferred.
- Rural or small facility experience is highly preferred.
Schedule and Compensation:
- Shift Hours: 8-hour evening shifts
- Contract Length: 13 weeks with the possibility of extension
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend and holiday coverage (including Labor Day if needed)
