Job Title: Licensed Nursing Assistant - LTC

Location: Old Etna Rd, Lebanon, NH 03766

Duration: 13-Week Contract (With possibility of extension)
Shift: 7:00 PM – 07:30 AM

Guaranteed Hours: 36

OT: After 40 hours

OT Pay: All Inclusive rate $10

Pay Rate:

For Local Candidates: $24-$26/hour (If your permanent address is within 50 miles from the facility)

For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the 50-mile radius from the facility):
Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate:      $27.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate:  $972.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate:    $8.00
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable):  $288.00
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable):    $684.00

OR

For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $29.00
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate:        $1,044.00

Job Description:

Seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to join our team in providing exceptional care to residents in our long-term care facility. The LNA will assist residents with daily living activities, ensure their comfort and safety, and work closely with nurses and healthcare professionals to maintain a high standard of care.

Other Skills Required:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide medication reminders and mobility support.
• Foster a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
• Offer companionship and support while promoting independence and dignity.
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff and other caregivers to ensure high-quality care.

Certification Requirements:

• BLS (AHA).
• Active LNA License for the state of New Hampshire.
