Malpractice - Must be included in rates.
Orientation - half the hourly / callback rate
- kicks in after 8 hours. "Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours"

Duties : Routine ER duties; codes; ER locums don't have a lot of trauma responsibilities

What is the schedule for app's? CUMC-BM 11a-11p; CUMC-UC : 11a-11p,(occasionally more)
Does locum supervise app's? Yes, at NE sites charts are cosigned by Physicians
Will you accept board certified Family & internal Medicine docs with ER experience? Not at CUMC, prefer not to if possible at other sites
Will you accept docs who need to obtain a NE license since the need doesn't start for at least 3 months? Full NE license is taking
