Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated Assembly Line Workers to join our client’s dynamic manufacturing team in Michigan. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor assembly line equipment to ensure smooth production flow
- Assemble products or components according to detailed instructions and specifications
- Conduct quality checks on finished goods to maintain high product standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company protocols
- Report equipment issues or production delays to supervisors promptly
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
- Package, label, and prepare finished goods for shipment as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse settings preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and use of hand tools
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Must be able to lift up to 30–50 lbs as needed
