Location: Clinton Township, MI
Pay: $24 - $28 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, Day Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

We’re looking for a skilled Manual Surface Grinder to join a well-established precision manufacturing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with high-precision, low-volume, high-mix parts for leading industries, all in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Precision Grinding: Perform manual surface grinding according to blueprints and work instructions.
Tight Tolerances: Hold ±0.0002” tolerances to meet exact specifications.
Quality Control: Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure accuracy.
Documentation & Maintenance: Record measurements and perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
What We’re Looking For:
Must Have:
3 years of experience in manual surface grinding.
Ability to read blueprints and GD&T for accurate dimensions and tolerances.
Proficiency in using inspection equipment to verify part quality.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Nice to Have:
Experience with jig or wet grinding.
Background in Bridgeport and/or CNC Mills operations.
