Job Title : Physician Assistant

Location : Warren, MI (On-Site)

Schedule : 36–40 hours per week

Position Overview :

Raizan Solutions LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physician Assistant to join a reputable healthcare practice in Warren, MI. This role involves delivering high-quality patient care, including conducting assessments, interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and collaborating with physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and excels in both clinical and administrative aspects of healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including obtaining detailed medical histories.
• Prepare and update patient records using electronic healthcare systems.
• Develop tentative diagnoses and management plans.
• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations and physician approval.
• Conduct and interpret diagnostic tests to guide patient care.
• Assist physicians during medical procedures as needed.
• Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatments, and preventive care.
• Provide follow-up care and respond to patient inquiries in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and infection-control policies.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care activities.
