Raizan Solutions LLC is hiring for their client as a direct hire. We do not charge candidates.
We are seeking an experienced Service/Test Technician for a testing systems/equipment manufacturing company in Acton, MA. This role is responsible for starting up, troubleshooting, and testing equipment, particularly in refrigeration, HVAC, and electrical systems, ensuring equipment quality and performance.
- Direct hire position with competitive compensation (based on experience).
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.

- Start up, test, and troubleshoot standard product line systems, including HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical components.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, making necessary repairs and adjustments.
- Perform final assembly work to ensure product readiness.
- Ensure products meet all quality and performance standards before delivery.
- Document performance data for products and prototypes.
- Work closely with engineering and quality teams to improve overall product quality.
- Implement and refine procedures to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Participate in Lean and 5S processes and projects.
- Collaborate in a team environment to support product design and development.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience working with HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, and electrical systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
