The primary responsibilities would be to assist in drafting, filing, motions and/or responses as well as making sure that all court-ordered deadlines are followed and kept. The position is full time and requires the ability work five days a week between the hours of 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. This is a remote position that does require you to come into the office two times a month. Job Responsibilities:
One of the following: (1) A certification through the National Association of Legal Assistants as a Certified Paralegal (CP); (2) A certificate or degree as a Paralegal from an accredited institution; (3) hold the title of Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) with the Florida Bar or (4) a minimum three (3) years’ experience working as a paralegal.

Job Responsibilities:
- Drafting and filing Motions, Answers, and or Responses
- Answering Defendant’s First Set of Interrogatories
- Responding to Defendant’s Initial Request for Production
- Manage tasks to ensure court ordered Deadlines are met.
- Writing correspondence, invoices, receipts, spreadsheets and other reports as needed
One of the following: (1) A certification through the National Association of Legal Assistants as a Certified Paralegal (CP); (2) A certificate or degree as a Paralegal from an accredited institution; (3) hold the title of Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) with the Florida Bar or (4) a minimum three (3) years’ experience working as a paralegal.
