Position is responsible for developing and executing a company's overall human resource strategy, overseeing all aspects of the HR department including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, ensuring compliance with employment laws, aligning HR practices with the company's strategic goals and leading, motivating the HR team fostering a collaborative work environment to develop HR staff capabilities and collaborates with supervisors, managers and senior management team in identifying, evaluating, and resolving human relations and work performance problems within the organization to facilitate communication and improve skills and work performance.

Compensation Ranges : $125,000-$150,000
Salary : $125,000 - $150,000
