Fulfillment Center Clerk
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION
Perform administrative tasks for Credit Union staff to ensure timely delivery of services to membership and contacts.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Complete and forward data, information, and documentation as requested by staff via email, phone, or other communication.
- Provide check copies upon request.
- Provide information/research on overall account and/or service inquiries.
- Statement copies.
- Provide mortgage payoffs via fax upon request
2. Process incoming mail items following proper procedures.
3. Deposit Review.
- Review items presented via remote channels (ATM, Mobile, Merchant). Review to include, but not limited to:
- Image quality standards and proper endorsements
- Loss prevention procedures
- Account status and history
- Deliver compliance notices to members as required based on item review.
4. Teller Duties
- Process deposits, loan payments, and loan payoffs following proper procedures.
- Notify collectors of payments made on delinquent accounts.
- Ensure all checks are scanned, transmitted, and balanced for branch capture daily.
5. Process returned mail and address changes
6. Process Debit Cards
- Mail Debit cards
Ensure Debit card printer is loaded and unloaded each day under Dual Control. 7. Follow Current Policies and Procedures as set by the Board of Directors.
8. Comply with financial industry Rules and Regulations as required by law.
9. Other Duties as Assigned
RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS
Supervise Approximately: None
Reports To: Document Administration Manager
Contacts: Extensive daily contact with credit union staff from numerous departments.
Qualifications
JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION
High School Diploma or GED is required.
EXPERIENCE
Incumbent must have at least 12 months of financial institution operations experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Physical requirements are minimal but position involves wrist/hand manipulation and sitting for long periods of time. Must be able to speak clearly and hear effectively in order to assist credit union staff over the telephone. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision for frequent viewing of computer monitor and review of documents
EQUIPMENT SKILLS
Personal computer with windows environment, copy machine, calculator and scanner.
