We’re currently seeking a Director of On-Site Operations to lead the charge in optimizing operations, building scalable systems, and fostering a growth-oriented culture of excellence and innovation.

The Director of On-Site Operations will oversee race shop and facility operations on a day to day basis. The primary responsibility is overseeing the Hangar 304 workshop, where we build and maintain both our own fleet of rally cars as well as rally and race cars for customers. The role also oversees track and rally school track maintenance and improvements, and overall grounds management, while ensuring alignment with Rally Ready’s core values, core focus, and long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities

Shop & Facility Management

• Oversee rally car builds, maintenance, and track operations to ensure smooth daily and long-term performance.
• Manage Hangar 304 race prep shop, balancing internal and external client expectations.
• Maintain rally track and facility, ensuring high standards for safety, presentation, and functionality.

Operations & Team Leadership

• Lead daily operations, ensuring all departments align with company goals and core values.
• Develop and implement systems to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and drive consistent results.
• Hire, train, and mentor team members across multiple disciplines, including mechanics, instructors, and facilities staff.
• Ensure safety standards are met across all operational areas.

Financial & Growth Strategy

• Monitor and manage operational budgets, labor costs, and efficiency metrics.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost savings, and process improvements.
• Support infrastructure development and scalability to meet Rally Ready’s growth targets.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as the primary on-site contact for client-facing operations, ensuring top-tier customer experiences.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Represent Rally Ready at key meetings and events, strengthening client relationships.

Qualifications

• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams, from mechanics to instructors and groundskeepers.
• Proven experience in a similar senior leadership role, ideally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Highly organized with a track record of balancing big-picture strategy with day-to-day execution.
• Demonstrated ability to scale operations, implement efficient systems, and manage complex interdepartmental workflows.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, analyzing KPIs, and driving cost efficiencies.
• Experience in event operations, motorsports, or hospitality industries is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with heavy equipment operation and maintenance, as well as facilities management, is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: Competitive, based on experience (e.g., $80,000 - $110,000/year).
