Capital is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Project Manager. This position plays a pivotal role in the success of our concrete and masonry projects. What You'll Do :
- Coordinating with superintendents and customers to understand project requirements, expectations and timeliness
- Lead a dedicated team of job superintendents, laborers, and subcontractors.
- Oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless coordination and successful execution.
- Analyze project specifications and blueprints to develop comprehensive and competitive project estimates.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and explore opportunities for additional projects
