POSITION(S): Teachers (3) -- 4 weeks Paraprofessionals (2) -- 4 weeks Licensed Nurse (1) -- 4 weeks Kindergarten Paraprofessional (1) -- 2 weeks onlyJOB DESCRIPTION: 4 Week ProgramThe Petersham Center School will be offering summer programming again this year. The program will embrace a Camp format, and students will receive instruction in literacy, mathematics, STEM activities, physical education, and arts-related activities. Teachers are responsible for delivering the academic and enrichment curriculum for all of the summer programs. Paraprofessionals will work under the direction of the teacher.2 Week Program (Kindergarten)The Petersham Center School will offer a two-week kindergarten camp to acclimate newly enrolling kindergarten students to the school and initial exposure to the upcoming 2025-2026 school year.
The kindergarten teacher will also function as a liaison between kindergarten families and the school. The paraprofessional will work under the direction of the classroom teacher.PROGRAM DATES: 4 Week Program July 7th - July 31st Monday - Thursday 8AM - 12 Noon 2 Week Program July 7th-July 17th Monday - Thursday 8AM - 12 NoonSALARY: Teachers/Nurse $50 per hour Paraprofessional $30 per hour
