Internship Work Schedule
Summer 2025 (May – August)
Monday – Friday, 7:30AM to 5:00PM (working hours may vary, must be willing to work overtime)

Internship Work Schedule
Summer 2025 (May – August)
Monday – Friday, 7:30AM to 5:00PM (working hours may vary, must be willing to work overtime)
- Possible part-time work during fall/winter semester (while attending school)
Interns will be expected to assist in:
- Perform survey layouts
- Instrument setup quality and staking tolerances
- Read plans/layout sheets
- Will use Trimble s5 and s6 robotics, Trimble TSC 3 data collectors with the Access program, Trimble GPS units
- Perform survey layouts by using station and offsets, point staking, staking line between points, using roadway baselines/centerlines, set grade with 3d surface models
- Set grades with given elevations or DTMs
- Able to attach and detach the following files: roadway centerlines, DTMs, csv’s, and txt
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction, Surveying, Engineering, or Architecture (highly preferred)
- Minimum GPA 2.75
- Past construction work experience is preferred
- Must have a valid Driver License, have a good driving record, and pass a driver license background check
- Work 40-60 hrs. weekly
- Good math skills
- Be able read, write, and speak English. (Spanish is a plus)
- Must be willing to potentially work nights and weekends depending on the project
- Must not be afraid of heights
