Sales and Promotions

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team in Sales and Promotions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers, promoting our products and services, and driving brand awareness. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and customer service. They will work in various settings, including events, retail locations, customer facilities and community gatherings, to create positive interactions that encourage customer engagement.

Duties

• Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversation prospects
• Routinely perform site visits and contact new and existing customers to discuss needs and potential growth
• Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer

needs

• Answer questions about company products
• Collaborate with other company team members on projects
• Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue

relationships

• Work with trade groups such as MIO Coalition on trade shows and

promotional activities

Qualifications

• Be knowledgeable about the products Ralph’s produces.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proven sales leadership with 5 years direct, hands-on sales experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent decision-making and time management skills.
• Hands-on marketing experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to keep customers

organized and serviced.

• Possess and exhibit high ethical standards, personal integrity, positive

attitude and honesty.

• Effective and consistent work attendance, including arrival and departure

times.

• Ability to comply with Ralph’s Packing Company’s internal policies and

procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
