About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving profit goals for a wide range of clients within the United States.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales goals and expand business development activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key target clients and stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Develop project proposals, scope of services, and pricing that successfully secure profitable work with clients.
- Assist the marketing team as needed to develop marketing initiatives to promote services, generate leads, and provide feedback on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and client satisfaction.
- Oversee sales support activities such as sales administration, procurement and contracting, customer service, invoicing, and credit and collections.
- Enter and maintain current accurate sales information within HubSpot, RAM's CRM system.
- Act as a member of relevant associations to network for new business.
