Job Summary:
RAM Construction Services is seeking a talented Recruiting Coordinator to join our HR team and participate in the hiring process from beginning to end. This position will be responsible for supporting the HR Recruiter with day-to-day tasks, including job postings, phone screens, new hire orientation, scheduling interviews and pre-employment screening requirements, onboarding administration work, and career fair assistance. In this role the Recruitment Coordinator will use their HR knowledge to assist HR Recruiter with collaborating closely with hiring managers to ensure smooth and effective recruitment processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the HR Recruiter with daily tasks, ensuring efficient and effective recruitment processes.
- Post job vacancies on relevant platforms and job boards.
- Conduct phone screens with potential applicants.
- Coordinate and assist with facilitating new hire orientations and onboarding processes.
- Scheduling pre-employment screenings (drug screen, background screen, etc) for potential employees.
- Assist with organizing and attending career fairs to promote RAM Construction Services and attract top talent.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies and stay ahead of incoming staffing needs.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
- Generating and maintaining data that contributed to annual recruitment statistics at RAM.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance the recruitment process and candidate experience.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR support is a plus.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally for career fairs and other recruitment events.
Technology:
To perform this job successfully it is required an individual has strong working knowledge of computers, including e-mail, word processing abilities and various HR specific tools.
Work Environment:
As a Recruiter Coordinator, the employee will be subject to an indoor office setting surrounded by fellow employees
Travel:
Travel to career fairs as well as occasional travel to satellite offices is required
