Job Description:
We're looking for a passionate and driven Project Coordinator to join our team. As the Project Coordinator, you'll report directly to our VP of Operations and play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our projects. Your mission: to collaborate seamlessly with Project Engineers and Project Managers, contributing to the entire construction journey from initial pricing to project completion. Along the way, you'll provide exceptional customer service to both our valued clients and dedicated trade partners. Lastly, you'll embody our company values throughout all business activities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Dive into Procore, our construction management software, and keep data flowing smoothly.
- Familiarity with subcontractor and owner billing AR/AP.
- Be the linchpin of communication, ensuring the project team is always in sync during the estimating process and throughout the project.
- Actively assist during project execution, maintaining clear communication with the project team.
- Collect and verify all subcontractor insurance certificates, ensuring compliance with our high standards. You'll also stay on top of expiration dates.
- Gather project-specific subcontractor MSDS and IIPPs, ensuring all documentation is on point.
- Create and disseminate accurate and comprehensive correspondence, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
- Thrive under pressure and tight timelines, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
- Delight our clients with your superior customer service skills.
- Anticipate Project Manager's needs and take proactive steps to support them.
- Exemplify professionalism in all your interactions.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is a must.
