Job Summary: We are seeking a hardworking, knowledgeable General Foreman who can run day-to-day operations with multiple crew foremen as well as establish a professional working team environment and make this space his own. This is a non-exempt, hourly position, reporting directly to the Process Maintenance Regional Manager.

Job Duties and Responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:
- Must have a proven record of commitment to Safety
- Demonstrate proper use and safe handling of tools, equipment, and materials
- Comply with all policies and procedures in Employee Handbook

- Must be dedicated to supporting the team through mentoring, training, and succession planning activities
- Must have a clear understanding of the product lines that we promote and the ability to communicate to customers the features and benefits of each
- Be able and willing to work a variety of schedules, including day or night shifts
- Ability to safely lift 75-100 lbs. frequently, using proper lifting techniques
- Ability to perform and obtain necessary work permits (including confined space procedures), operation of monitoring equipment, and all related paperwork and reporting requirements
- Knowledge of documents required to enter mine site(s)
- Ability to organize 5000-23’s for all sites (hazard and site-specific, annual refresher, badges) and make them available on demand
- Initiate and participate in training activities within the group
- Ability to complete job walks and provide accurate job quotes
- Knowledge and understanding of DOT regulations
- Other job duties as assigned by management
Minimum Requirements:
- 5 years on the job supervision experience
- A valid driver’s license is required upon hire and as a condition of continued employment.
- Ability to meet the minimum requirements for insurability to drive company vehicles
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft platform, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to develop and sustain positive working relationships with all personnel
- Possess good communication skills, i.e., written, verbal, and listening
- Problem solving and analytical skills
Criteria/Conditions:
- Ability to work in various industrial settings, including; Shop environment, mining environment, and construction environment, which may include exposure to extremes in temperature and humidity, moving mechanical parts, risk of electrical shock, toxic chemicals, fumes, or airborne particles.
- While performing the duties of this job, you will be required to stand, sit, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs and ladders, work on elevated platforms, talk, hear and see
