We are seeking qualified candidates to fill the Data Collection Technician full-time position in the Greater Phoenix Territory.

- Produce accurate and complete floor plans with basic CAD program.
- Collect elevation data points, damages to walls/ceilings/floors/concrete/foundation and accurately document on floor plan.
- Professional interaction with company clients during data collection appointments.
- Travel to different site locations. May include out of town (in state) travel.
- Inspecting properties to check conditions/foundations which may include Crawlspace and basement.
- Assist in preparing reports, designs, and drawings.
Job Requirements:
Complete and maintain accurate and organized data files and field notes. The floor plans, diagrams, elevations, damage maps & photos will be used for team & engineer review. Accuracy is of the utmost importance.
- Able to measure and draw basic 2D floor plans. Will train the right candidate.
- Able to work on Apple & Microsoft programs.
- Ability to carry survey equipment and supplies in remote, rural, or urban surroundings.
- Ability to work outside and inside residential properties for extended periods of time.
- Capable of lifting 50 pounds and walk long distances.
- Capable of entering, navigating, and exiting crawl spaces. OK with confined spaces.
- Must be able to operate a motor vehicle with a valid license and clean driving record.
- Able to perform survey tasks and solve problems.
- Flexible with site locations and work schedules.
- Ability to meet deadlines and provide high-quality service to Homeowners.
- Minimum 40 hours per week.
