What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Associate position at Ram Jack?
Gold's Gym Bridgewater is looking for a Front Desk Associate ready to start a fitness career. Must have availability during the day between 12pm & 8pm and on weekends 8am-1pm. Without experience on DataTrak software the position is entry-level with the opportunity to grow.
The Front Desk Associate will greet and direct members, guests, and staff as they enter the gym. This position will provide assistance to members along with inquiries about gym operations and policies, as well as perform various administrative duties and sell memberships.
Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and members. Basic understanding of accounting principles, cash processing procedures, and computer skills required.
