In this role, you will oversee the financial and administrative operations of our facility, ensuring smooth and efficient business functions. Your responsibilities will include managing accounts receivable/payable, payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting, as well as supervising administrative staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial operations, including billing, accounts receivable/payable, and payroll.
- Oversee budgeting and financial reporting to maintain operational efficiency.
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Work closely with leadership to develop and implement financial strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare financial management or a related field.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
