HR / Business Office Manager (BOM) Responsibilities:
- Manage HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration
- Maintain personnel records and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Handle accounts payable/receivable and billing processes
- Support residents and families with financial matters as needed
- Experience in HR and business office management in a healthcare or long-term care setting
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance billing
- Strong understanding of state and federal employment regulations
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in office management software and payroll systems
