Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various guest inquiries effectively.
This is an overnight shift, with weekend hours required. Shift is for 2 nights each week from 11 pm to 7 am.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Manage reservations and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are balanced.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance the guest experience.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Weekend availability is required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Familiarity with night audit processes is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
