Duties

- Supervise daily activities to ensure adherence to health and safety regulations as well as quality standards.
- Utilize POS systems, including Aloha POS, for efficient order processing and inventory management.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth among staff members.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders to maintain operational efficiency.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven experience in food service management or a related field is essential.
- Strong knowledge of the food industry, including trends in food service and customer preferences.
- Experience with budgeting processes and financial reporting is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to train and develop staff effectively while supervising daily operations.
